Since 1807, the West Milford Presbyterian Church has faithfully served our community. It has provided a place where people can gather and worship and where they feel like they are safe and part of our community.
Today, the West Milford Presbyterian Church is known for welcoming all people, regardless of who they are, where they come from, or what they’ve done. They also host a local food pantry, where they help local community members who are struggling financially to feed their families and get back on their feet.
In order to keep their doors open and their ministries serving the community, the church holds an auction every year. This year, they are doing it online. That way, people can feel safe even in light of COVID-19, and they can support the church by bidding from the comfort of their own homes.
Local individuals and businesses have donated all sorts of items, from experiences and gift baskets to home decor and more!
Community members can preview the items online on February 22nd and 23rd, then make their bids on February 24th-26th. All bidding closes at 8pm on February 26th.
Winners will be notified electronically after the auction, and can pick up their items at the church on February 27th, between 12 and 4pm, or they can call to arrange for pickup at another time.
Some of the items you can bid on in the auction came directly from your favorite West Milford plumber, Mark Lindsay & Son. That’s right! We believe in the work the West Milford Presbyterian Church is doing in our community and we want to help them continue to do it.
This year, we donated faucets to the cause. If you need to replace a faucet or you want to upgrade the look and feel of your home, check them out and place your bid. We can’t wait to see what they look like in your house!
