Celebrating Joann Santiago’s Prestige Mark Lindsay & Son Customer Service!

Meet Joann, our wonderful Customer Service Representative who’s been contributing to Mark Lindsay and Son for the past 5 months.

Joann’s all about good vibes and great service. She loves the challenge of diving into a new industry and the genuine care we show our customers.

St. Lucia stole her heart on her honeymoon; she says it felt like landing on another planet.

If Joann won the lottery, college for her son is a must, and maybe an early retirement too!

She’s also got a secret desire to master the guitar and you can catch her tuning into any 90s station for a nostalgic trip down memory lane.

Her advice to new hires? Take notes and soak up the wisdom from Mr. Lindsay and Miranda – it’s gold!
